Called in three days prior to event to explain dietary restrictions of dairy and onion. Didn't want a fuss made but those ingredients left out. Obviously an inconvenience to the grumpy old man I spoke to. One the day served food covered in both dairy and onion which could have easily been avoided if they cared. Lucky for them I wasn't anaphylatic but still ended up very sick. Karma awaits...
