First and foremost... To get a hold of customer service... you have to wait a minimum of 40-45 minutes on the phone before someone answers. I've called 8 times in 4 days all at different times and it is the same thing every single time. I never seen customer service that makes its customers wait almost an hour before they can speak to an individual. Next some of the agents are kind, truthful, while others lie and you end up getting screwed over because the lie they told you. I lost over $50 in fees because a LIE i was told by the agent. Not sure if it was intentional as she was nice, but still got screwed over and management didn't care to credit it.
