Terrible agency. Took weeks to fix anything which was usually followed with a rude email from Jo. Trying to get anything fixed was a nightmare. Followed the procedures with their online system and heard nothing from them for about 1-2 weeks, this was with every fault in the house. Call them and they are rude. Stated we should use the online system. Cleaners which are in the contract to come round every two weeks only came once a month, if lucky.

Landlord and agency popped around and knocked on doors whenever they wanted. I worked nights so it was incredibly inconvenient. Plus worried that they might have gone into my room on those times they had been round and i was not there.

Stay clear!
