I have been using the Vodafone network for at least 15 years, but I was lucky, I was a customer of the card until recently .... I changed the card for a subscription ... well, with this change there seems to be problems ... week I try to send text messages. Surprise - "text message not delivered" ... I check the subscription options and services, I fit in. I'm starting to ring the phone for anyone who knows what hidden settings ... nothing. I'm trying to call * 222. Andreea answers me. I follow the steps and always get to the same place, it causes me to press 0 and then tells me momentarily unavailable service and closes me. On the other side Vodafone sends me messages Any request Vodafone has its answer in the guide * 222. It's simple and fast: call * 222, say the request and the guide Andreea offers the right solution! Thank you, Vodafone. Well, the solution was neither appropriate nor found. I simply couldn't talk to a Vodafone counselor because Andreea was closing me. He gave me what is a hint, I have to enter a phone number for the Message Center. Super, I look for the number on the site, I find it but where I enter it I pick up the phone again ... nothing. I try again at Andreea, but maybe she lets me talk to a living person and some solution. Well, no! It always shuts me down. I find another phone number * 555 which is being paid this time, but what to do, I will pay if needed !! Answered a lady who, after I yelled at her (sorry for this but I did not manage to download) tells me that the change from the card to the subscription brings changes in the message center and as a result I have to make these changes manually. He explains to me how, I try to do it but the three little points that I had to press were missing ... and then the lady asks me what phone I have: answer: Iphone; Answer her: yeah, well I can't help you ...... Short long conclusion: 1.Andea doesn't have all the information and solutions, it prevents contact with a senior person! I don't think you should know who has the intellectual abilities to use such a robot, but Andreea, Andreea's robot tests them, intellectual abilities, patience, tolerance 2. I had to pay a call to Vodafone to tell me not to can help because I have Iphone, great 3. Absolutely nowhere is this information - if you make changes, transfers must change no to the message center and if you have Iphone does not work, you have to put your card in an android and from there you see what do you solve !!
