I was so excited to come here but was extremely disappointed. On our first night the air conditioning was not working what so ever so we had to move to many different rooms. Also, I woke up this morning and wanted to take a dip in the pool, and it opens at 11. I waited and waited till it was like 11:10 and it still was not open! Then I went downstairs to ask and one of the employees said they would send someone up but they never did, so I just ended up having to go back to my hotel room. Lastly, if you want to stay in this hotel you better bring snacks because they provide nothing to eat besides beverages at night. They don t even have a vending machine. I was very disappointed by my stay and will not plan on coming back.
