Honestly, people are so mean to this company. They have been struggling since a flood totally destroyed their warehouse. KAREN think twice about reporting and not being KIND to this small 100% CANADIAN SMALL BUSINESS trying to do their best despite horrible tragedy. Their warehouse had a FLOOD. I met the owners in person and I will tell you they are honestly trying to make an honest living and run a good business! They are passionate about what they do. They are people with feelings like you and me. They have been very hurt by all the haters who tried to tank their business after the flood happened...so sad. People need to stop and think about the fact that this business is run by REAL people with feelings, who experienced REAL hardship. I have ordered thousands of dollars of product from Saffire Blue and have never been disappointed with the products I received. Sometimes, it takes longer. But order fulfillment is accurate and very good. But I have found that kindness goes a long way in dealing with them - treat them kindly like you would want to be treated. I always get what I ordered, and their products are really top quality! It's a bit slower than others sometimes, but the prices are great. Just factor the time lag into your ordering choices - trade-off. Just understand, it's a business run by real people with real feelings, who are doing their very best. I looked the owners in the eye and I respect them so much. It's terrible that people didn't have their back when they experienced hardship...Give them some slack. Support Canadian small business...Nuff said.
