Ordered a phone in December 2018. Still waiting and I have heard every excuse in the book as to why they cannot provide a refund. Order was cancelled in January 2019 after 4 different excuses as to why they could not provide a phone they claimed they had in stock when ordered. I am still waiting for the refund. Appalling service and a company I would avoid at all costs. Completely dishonest in every aspect of my dealings with them.
