Not a great experience booking but after 15 years ...

Not a great experience booking but after 15 years I just counted to 10 and let it go . However if I had been a new customer then the tone and compliaincy would have turned me away
Forward it 10 hours and it was awful . One of my worst experiences of Arrow customer service
Please do rewind and look at what a horrible driver this was
