Worst experience I had after attending an interview from this company once. I have never ever seen a worst HR practice like this. HR team asked me to come attend an interview for the opening of Account Manager without screening my Resume and not even know whether my profile suits for the opening. They made it easy by letting another person interview me from the company for the name sake after making me wait for a long time, that person has nothing to do with my profile for the opening and asked literally 5 basic questions. I realised this after seeing the candidates who came after me got interviewed for the same opening. They were just wasting my time though I travelled all the way from a long distance. HR department doesn't even know to treat candidate properly regarding interview process. HR department wants some numbers regarding the interview process to impress their reporting persons.

Shame on you HR team as we candidate sacrifice our time for the interview process.

Dear candidates, please do check with the HR team of this company via phone itself about their expectations regarding interview for the job opening if you come across interview call from them via phone. Otherwise your time and efforts will get wasted.
