One star is generous. My experience with buying a car from Legacy Toyota was HORRENDOUS to say the least. We were there for ten hours. They sold me a used car for which they gave me the "Carfax" and it stated that the vehicle was in good condition with no prior accidents. They were unprofessional about answering our questions. After buying the car I found out that the car had been in TWO prior accidents and had FRAME DAMAGE. Worst than that is when Toyota bought the car it was auctioned as having frame damage so they knew from the time they bought it until the time they sold it that it was damaged due to accidents and did not disclose this information.

After learning this information, I called several times and everyone gave me the run around and their well rehearsed BS. When I went to speak with the General Sales Manager Phil Solicito he had a disgusting attitude. When I showed him the paper work with the detailed vehicle report Phil literally THREW the paperwork across his desk at me and told me that the conversation was over.

My advice to anyone looking to buy a car from here would be DO NOT DO IT. They will lie and they are really good at playing nasty dishonest games. Don't let these puffed up Google reviews fool you they are disgusting. Look them up on the BBB and Consumer Affairs and see the truth. These people are smiling SNAKES that will rob you blind.
