Being seniors ourselves, we adopted two older cats...

Being seniors ourselves, we adopted two older cats 9 years ago... they were great.. the experience, the staff, the facility. HOWEVER, I called end of life services early yesterday and left a detailed message explaining need to euthanize one of our girls as she was in a lot of pain due to a mass previously dx'd as cancer.

Called 5x got answering machine every time. Still no call today. Not that responsive for a " compassionate" organization. Ended up spending money we didn't have and called the vet. They got her right in this morning. I am heartbroken but she is in a better place ...
