I made a service appointment on their website with a note saying that I needed my rear windshield replaced. When I showed up for my appointment, it took 10 minutes to actually speak to someone, and they informed me that they didn't have time to get me in that day. A professional organization would have simply called me and told me that instead of having me waste my time driving to their shop to be handed a post-it note with a phone number on it.
