They pretended to deliver a parcel saying that the address was wrong (I regularly receive every type of parcel ...), after which they are unreachable both by phone (for a fee !!) and online. They call LiveChat a trivial question-answer system. Remember We just have to cry ?? ;-)
Absolutely unreliable as transporters and with a ridiculous customer service.
