I had an average experience with Hermes - Epitek. The website hermes-epitek.com.sg was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. When I had a question, it took a while to get a response and the staff seemed uninterested in helping. The overall quality of their products was decent, but nothing exceptional. I would consider using them again if I couldn't find another option, but I wouldn't actively seek them out.
