Suffered a TBI, had a horrible experience, had my purse stolen by an employee who took my apartment keys and stole my vehicle, this employee was the mother of a coworker both of whom took advantage of me.
Had the Social worker bothered to follow up or if the staff on the unit bothered to pay attention. The outcome of my recovery and treatment would have been much better. Don't trust this hospital with the care of your TBI survivor loved ones.
