A service manager came to my home to talk about a new pool, he said he had one from the Big E and would sale it to me for a great deal, I said I would think about it, he said give me a $50 deposit that was refundable if I said no, I call and said no we can do it and send back our deposit ,nothing . Called many time and left a message to Jay and still nothing ,It has been a years later and I Still have not got the deposit back. It is not the money it is the principle, not a good way to do business....
