Chad was patient and understanding. He took the time to explain the policy and always asked if I had any question. His knowledge about the different policies available and then his recommendation as to the one best for me was thoughtful as he explained why that policy was a good fit.

I would recommend him to my friends because I know he would give them the same expert attention he gave me.
