I/we absolutely loved Rocking Horse Ranch. We, unfortunately, only stayed for one night. Next trip it will be longer. Where to start....The owners and the staff. I can't tell you how nice it was to see a place where the staff were all smiling, everyone you met said hello or good morning, asked if they could get you anything, asked how you were enjoying your stay and the list goes on. The owners Steve and Shelly are the most down to earth people you will ever meet. They are caring, they care about their staff, their guests and their animals.

The food was outstanding, there again the staff is top notch. If you go away hungry that is your fault. The rooms were comfortable, clean and nicely set up. Our room had two queen beds and a set of bunk beds. Everything was rustic decorated, which I loved.

Activities: It is not just horse back riding. There are multiple pools, a water park and slides, mountain tubing, bungee jumping rock climbing, arts and crafts, tennis and basket ball courts, beach volleyball, miniature golf, paddle boats, kayaking, shuttle boards, ping pong, pool tables, air hockey, a riffle range and archery, an arcade, entertainment nightly in the Saloon, you can mine for gems, see a camel, donkey and zebra. There is even an inflatable area with slides and such for the younger kids. They have an activity list of things to do every day, such as bingo and such. I am sure I have forgotten some things like the bonfires.

There is no way you can be bored while you are here. We can't wait to go back, will be bringing some friends with us.

I can't say enough about the owners and the staff.

Thank you for the best get a way I have had in a long time. Jackie Madison and family
