Do not use this company. I called to have a truck towed. The man was very rude and unprofessional. They said they were going to be there in 30-40 minutes. It took them 6 hours before calling me back to tell me they wouldnt have a tow truck available until the following morning. I called a different company and got myself towed that same evening. I never even heard back from Beeds....do not use this towing service.

Very rude and unprofessional!!! Called to find out cost of my towing expence and was talked to like the scum of the earth! Don't give these disrespectful people your business! They don't deserve it.
Horrible experience. I called there to simply ask a question about an impounded car that they had in their possession. During the call I was mocked, somehow made fun of because I have lots of cousins(still dont understand that whatsoever) , and then hung up on after telling me im not ever allowed there. That was all before I had a chance to explain the situaion and give them my name. The rudest most unprofessional things ive ever experienced on a simple phone call. So now the car is there and apparently I am banned....

Never been treated so poorly. Extremely slow response to towing my car. They were 4 hours later than what they originally told me. When they finally showed up the man treated me as if I was annoying him. When I called the office to ask a question regaurding the bill the man cussed at me, told me pay it in full or I'd be turned over to collections and laughed as he hung up on me.
