Being notified & to see what's happening with my Camera's, to control our Deadbolt & our Heating system from any device, is huge in northern Canada. Customer Service is second to none, from the local Field personnel, to the call in Service Center. I can't wait till my contract is up with another provider, to put VIVINT into our Home in the City.
