Everyone from sales, tech, installer and Corporate have been absolutely wonderful. They're patient, knowledgeable and helpful. The indoor cameras feel cheap but the picture is excellent! I would strongly suggest pan/tilt cameras though instead of static. If you hear something strange in another part of the house you want to investigate thoroughly before 'disturbing a break in'.
