Zero star would be a bit generous, it s unbelievable how bad the customer service for their own driver is. You see this new CEO on commercials saying we are listening and we are getting better every day. REALLY, he you should try calling into his own company. What is he taking they expect us to represent them with professionalism and respect but yet, I have been trying to get my account updated to Uber select and all I get is a run around. I will not drive for the cheap Uber-x rates with a luxury car. And when I call in all I get are lies and a run around with some call center in either the Philippines or Singapore. How would Uber enjoy if the driver just dropped off fares where ever we wanted regardless of destination and gave the rider the customer support number. I miss the days when companies actually answered the phone in the United States and actually addressed valid issues with out providing scripted answers. WOW WHAT A NOVEL IDEA ...... Mr CEO if you would like to make Uber a success and a top 100 company to work for why not deal with the internal customer service mess you currently have. You can rest assured that these continued one star rating will not be favorably look at when you finally go for the IPO you re currently trying to launch allegedly next year.
