We bought a 2-day ticket for the weekend of November 11-12 as we were traveling with an older person who cannot walk excessively. On Saturday I had to pass the last bus through our stop at 17:14, and it never came despite waiting for us from 16:50. We were calling the contact phone number that appears on the page and we did not get any response. On Sunday it turned out that a parade of the armed forces was taking place and the entire city center was closed, although it was nowhere indicated. In addition, with restricted traffic the buses change routes, but no one of the staff knew how to tell us where they were going, or how we could get to our destination. In short, we are very unhappy with the lack of information and with the service.
