It s not getting 1 star because the bed and TV are okay. Pillows smell, bathroom has a tub but no one cleaned it during our 5 night stay. The worst thing I ve ever experienced was the door. You can hear everything in the hallway. Staff started working very early and they slam the door super hard. I can t get a good sleep at all. Won t come back to this hotel. Don t be fooled by the 4-star hotel rating.
