So where do I start, I work in Stamford but live over an hour away and during our recent snowstorm had to work until 2am and did not want to drive home so I used our Marriott points to book a room here for the night. We are Bonvoy Elite members. When I arrived at my room, the first thing I noticed was I was right next to the elevator so everything someone used it I heard it. Not great for a good night's sleep. But when I opened the door it got worse. It was the smallest king room I had ever seen at a Marriott. The furniture was all dated and abused. There was a drop ceiling in the bathroom! The bed was only as high as my knee caps off the floor and the mattress was only 6 inches thick. All I wanted was to get to sleep and did not feel like arguing with management at 230am, so I stayed but I will not stay here again!

In the morning, I asked to speak to the manager who was very nice and did refund my points. That the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. If I could rate her separately, I would give her 5 stars for the way she handled my complaint.
