Worst college ever!! I been applying for four year...

Worst college ever!! I been applying for four years now and they are still still having problems with putting me in there system. I had to do the applicantion two times for the same thing, and thats the times they accepted it. I also did the florda residency two times They had me redo it half the time because they thought something was wrong when nothing was wrong with it. The one class i took was in the campuses and the teacher was late everyday took her forever to let you bring up your grade. I then tried to pay for my next two classes and they wouldnt take my money a month early. So i couldnt take any of the classes because something came up. Then when i have been applying for a grant to pay for school ever time its something new every time. We dont have you on file but i submited it? And they hve you do it again. Now that the grant you think would have went through they hit you with long times it was only suppose to take 30 days its been 40days and now they said they dont have me on file
