I have been a TLC customer for over 15 years. HVAC, Hot water heater and the latest water softener replacement.
A few years ago, my very old rain soft water softener was acting up, Jay showed me the newer Kinetico series. I had just spent a few dollars on some unexpected repairs so he sent out a tech to get me a couple more months out of my old softener. Well that turn in to a couple years and now here we are.
Jay showed me the latest Kinetico softener and I didn't think twice, he had it installed that day by Antonio.
I have no issues with the softener and when i do, i know i can call Jay, Antonio or anyone at TLC and the will put me at ease.
