Disappointing. I am very loyal to Hilton and stay at DoubleTrees pretty much everywhere I go. This was the worst stay and a poor reflection on Hilton. When checking in, the guy in front of me in the check-in line reported that his room when he got up there was filthy, dirty toilet and crumbs all over the room. The woman behind me said "OMG what is this I need to change hotels!" But I told her no no I am sure it is just a fluke accident, I always stay at Hiltons and they are great. But when I got to my room, there was hair all over my bathtub....which I ended up cleaning myself. I am also Silver status but not only did they not recognize this at check-in, nor provided me with the associated courtesy bottled water, they didn't even offer me a signature cookie which is usually the best part! I eventually did ask for one but it was burnt. The window in my room was all foggy from the outside so I couldn't see any of the view, which is why I chose that particular room in the first place. The wifi was also not working and above me there was a loud party going on, coupled with the airplane sound of the wall unit AC made it difficult to fall asleep. On the plus side, the pool and jacuzzi were amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed my the swimming experience.
