The staff is incredibly rude and doesn't communicate clearly. The staff needs sensitivity training, especially the lady with the accent at the adoption desk!!!! Be prepared for an emotional roller coaster trying to adopt a kitten here. I was hung up on, told to call back a million times, told I got the kitten to be called 10 minutes later to be told, oops the first person did show up after all. This went on for over two weeks. Whatever you do, don't sign up to be on a waiting list, it is a nightmare!!!! I hope the way that they treat people trying to adopt an animal isn't a reflection of the same level of care that they give these poor animal.
