The room was ok,we pressed the "clean up room" but...

The room was ok,we pressed the "clean up room" button at 2:30 pm and now it's 10:09pm and no one came to clean the room and pur fridge was broken one of the stands wasn't there it kept on moving back and forth when we try to open it,the lobby was awesome!! I give it 3 stars
