If the hotel staff can't get a room ready by 8pm what would have happened if we'd arrived at 4pm, a 4 hour wait?
I suppose the view of a tree which happens to be on the opposite side of the road in Central Park counts as a Central park view!
Dinning, the restaurant is more like eating in a shopping mall.
Even more concerning is their response to a poor review."We hear your concern and would like to discus more about this, Barry. Can you please send us your email and reservation name?
Three days later I'm still awaiting a response.
Having just asked for an extended check-out I was given 1 hour. Maybe they'd forgotten the 4 plus hours from check-in.
Amazingly, just got a call from their customer service team, at 3:12 am.Sadly they'd forgotten we live in Australia, some 19hrs flying time away. All I can say is luckily I didn't get to answer the call.....
