My wife and I, chose this hotel for our honeymoon ...

My wife and I, chose this hotel for our honeymoon in one of our stops in Thailand. For been a Hilton hotel, they really didn't do much, nice hotel but needs some works, great location. Staff was friendly but only one person went above and beyond for us... And it was a guy at one of the pool bars... The only things they did for us when we arrived was a little heart shape with flowers on the bed... It was also my wife's birthday and they were suppose to have a cake made for her on the night of her celebration and we never saw the cake... Spoke to the general manager on our last full day before we left to another island and he asked how was everything and the only things he did for us was to send a cheap bottle of sparkling wine... Not even champagne... So if you guys are looking for a good experience on any honeymoon or anniversary this is NOT your place to go. Every other hotel and resort we stayed at it was by far better than this Hilton
