Life in Florida is great until you have a rude house guest. Hurricane Irma came uninvited and left a mess.

Afterwards, we invited Kevin Downs and his Five Star team inside to help us recover, make sense of our responsibilities with the HOA guidelines for Florida condo owners and to navigate the insurance coverage and claims process. It's seriously complicated!
