There were no rides available. So I used Lift with no issues. Then I noticed two charges from Uber on my account (when I never got a ride). No customer support whatsoever to dispute those charges!!! Am I just suppose to eat that $51.44 and act like nothing happened? As a global company, you think they'd have a customer support number where you could talk to a human and resolve your issues, but NO!! I recommend Lift over Uber any day!!
