It's the worst charcoal I have ever used. The bag says satisfaction guaranteed but I see not way to contact them about the matter. . After lighting this product and waiting for ash color red hot.. then I spread them out then throw on the grill and then a few min the chicken.. the hot briquettes fire went out before the briquettes were half gone and before chicken was done. This is ridiculous .. I have lit more to finish but it's not doing well so into the oven goes the BBQ chicken... Kingsford will remain my brand.. sorry guys price isn't everything. . Quality is remember that! It must perform to get good reveiws.. on amazon it was listed at 33 % give it five stars 67% gave the product one star.. now figure that out none midway at all.. I hate your product now and have no way to fix your promise. Way to suck
