Saffire Blue has the WORST customer service I have...

Saffire Blue has the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. I now order from companies in BC and all over because their customer service is amazing and I pay more for shipping just so I don't have to deal with Saffire Blue. I am so surprised they are still in business.
