For a hotel of this range, we had: a wait when we arrived when we had booked directly on their site (reservation not found apparently), little smile at the reception limit even impatience, a room overlooking a work in progress, a bathroom handle remained in hand, a bathroom flooded after a shower (no seal) so in the end 3 room changes without any excuse each time.
The beach is dirty, plastic bags, bottles, cigarettes ... the neighboring hotels clean the beaches in front but not the Amari apparently .. cigarette ends are lying on the terrace .. The staff speak little English which does not facilitate exchanges. Little hello when we meet them on the premises.
Being used to frequenting the Sheraton on business trips, I am particularly disappointed with the Amari

Be careful with their automatic message of apology that they send you during your stay or on your Google review it's Pipo, another remark today I settled in the restaurant, I waited 30min still no card despite 10 person from the hotel present I had to get up to take a card !!!!!!!
So a piece of advice don't book this hotel, it says 4 * but we are very but very far away
