As a veterinary professional, I have referred my patients to this practice, and owners have spoke of their experience with nothing but positive feedback. I recently experienced this hospital from an owner s perspective. Our 10 year old dog had a urinary obstruction and needed to have an ultrasound and emergency surgery. Dr Ditzler was knowledgeable and compassionate and gave frequent updates throughout her care. She was outstanding. I can t say enough about her technician Lisa. who was comforting to my son and I. She was attentive to every aspect of that experience from patient care of our dog Buggy to explaining the financial component. We got through this emotional time with Lisa s help and kindness. Dr Trevor has always been an exceptional veterinary surgeon so I knew Buggy was in good hands.
