Would give less stars if I could. Every time I call, I am on hold or transferred for a minimum of 10-15 minutes. When I asked if I could be Cc'd on correspondence because phone calls weren't getting me anywhere, they refused. Mailed information to the wrong address even though I repeatedly gave updated information. Never faxed a form to the bank. ALL I am trying to do is resolve my issue, and they have repeatedly made that as difficult as possible.
