I don't like people wasting my time-period. I went in for a scheduled oil change, that I was told would take an hour, and was made to wait for two. During that time 3 customers who arrived in the waiting area after me got their cars before me. My car is a little less than 2 years old I can't possibly tell you what took so long. I can tell you that when I asked if the 2 hour wait time was typical for an oil change the response given was "yeah for a midday appointment it's typical you should try earlier in the day." Only when I brought up the fact that I was told it was going to take an hour and that others received the cars in a more timely fashion did I get a "oh, sorry."

Planet Honda, if someone asks for a time estimate please respect their time and be honest about what is to be expected. Don't waste my time, don't waste my money.
