YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. This apartment complex recently re-did a portion of their parking lot. They posted notices everywhere stating that vehicles needed to be moved out of the area that they are were re-doing, totally reasonable. I went to my vehicle to move it and found that I had a flat tire. I also had a dead battery. I worked for a while to get my tire changed and battery jumped. I then began looking for somewhere to park. Of course, there really wasn't anywhere to park because there was a huge part of the parking lot that no one could park in. I found a fence that had multiple vehicles parked along it. I parked there, but I was worried that I may get towed. Luckily, I saw the head of maintenance and approached him to see if it was ok for me to park where I was parked. He said, " yes you can park here, I will be out here tomorrow morning making sure that no one gets towed." Cool (or so I thought). I went out the next day to move my car to an actual parking spot only to find that my car wasn't there. I went to the office and they informed me that they had my car towed. I called the tow place. It cost $420 some odd dollars to get my car out. I let the office know that I expected to be reimbursed for that amount. They let me know that they would speak to the head of maintenance and let me know what he said. They called me back to say that they would not reimburse me for any of the amount because the head of maintenance alleges that he told me to park under covered parking. 1. If he had told me that I would have moved my car... obviously... I approached him to make sure my car would not be towed. 2. He is lying, he never said that to me. 3. There were no open covered spots... I looked... I had literally just driven around the parking lot for 30 minutes looking for a parking space. This place is a nightmare to live at. They have branded themselves as luxury, but it's just standard Orange County apartments at ridiculously high prices. Plus you get the added benefit of having a moron property manager that is condescending, unhelpful, and is RARELY working (Ben). If you're lucky he will even tell you that you are a liar! You also get the fun perk that your vehicle may get towed, even though you asked if you were ok to park in a particular space. Plus you get a maintenance manager that is a liar (Javier)!!!!!!!!!!! Not to mention the joy of your balcony looking directly into someone else's home!
