I'm giving them a five star because their ladies and gentlemens were more interactive and more welcoming then Timber lodge next door. I originally thought they were the same entrance so I went to the timber lodge instead. Their valet team did not welcome us instead went straight into getting my information for my car. Upon check in at the desk they couldn't find my reservation (because I booked at the Grand Residence). Immediately the agent just told me they don't have a reservation under my name. Confused because the valet person told me my room was already to check in. I told her 3 times if she want my confirmation number. She just kinda ignore me and said she doesn't have my name. Then finally after ignoring me she then ask for my confirmation number then told me it's next door. I know we're wearing mask and can't see any facial expression but, wow I didn't feel any type of hospitality. So I'd assumed it would be the same at the Grand Residence. Immediately when I drove up to valet they welcomed us and explained the whole process of retrieving our car unlike their neighbor. Then at check in even the FD, HSK, and every other employee I contacted with had way more hospitality than their neighbor.
