AVOID! They signed me up with two accounts when I only wanted one account. Then they said I could not cancel the 2nd and had to wait 12 months and charged $220 / month for a service I am not using and even cancelled and received the cancellation confirmation. They just bounce you around from call centre to other people and nobody helps.

Every time you call and ask for a manager you will get "She isn't in today" or "She is working from another office, but I will pass on your message." If you do manage to get a manager, DO NOT let them off the phone because I was promised I would receive an email in 5 minutes with a general managers name and it s now more than 24 hours and now they won't answer their phones.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Just an awful business to deal with.
