We're very impressed by Matt and his group. They're extremely responsive, attentive and detail-oriented. They're willing to offer additional help along the selling process. Especially, they do an extremely good marketing job, utilizing various social media platforms. I have to say, they're very professional. Also, Matt has a good understanding of foreign culture. This not only facilitates the conversation between us but also helps when he talks to potential customers outside the state. Of course he also has a good master of local market. Overall, we're very happy with his service and would definitely go for him if we need to buy a property in Chicago.
