Great hotel. We have rooms with access to private pools. The kids and the parents loved it.
The other pools were nice. Aqua Park awesome, but you had to cross the road to get there. Safe passage through a hotel agent.
The buffets and restaurants in the hotel overall good. Cuisine of all inclusive.
The animations not terrible.
Family friendly stay. No atmosphere like Cancun.
Staff rather nice. Not always at the all inclusive restaurant. The reception at the top but you have to speak English otherwise expect a complicated stay.
