Our stay at Aulani was very disappointing because being a Disney hotel we thought it would offer the Disney experience, but quite the opposite. It is a very expensive resort which includes absolutely nothing but your room and the use of the facilities. As it is a time of pandemic, they open what suits them and here comes the reason. It is supposed to be an exclusive hotel because the night costs approximately $ 16 thousand Mexican pesos and we were very angry to know that they let in the external public that was not staying inside the hotel for the use of the pools, so the pool area looked like a spa Quite a noisy and unpleasant public where the quota of the people was not respected, much less the policies of healthy distance, the health authorities of the state of Hawaii should see what happens in this hotel. The restaurants are closed and from which you can eat inside there are lines of 2 hours of waiting so everything is to take away and eat in the hotel's planters or in your room.
