Sorry for my former beliefs on how the VA treated their veterans. I had a heart cath procedure done two days ago and thought you might like to know that I was blown out by the awesome staff and professional manner in which I was treated. Everyone was amiable and there thru my nervousness and anxious surgery. I was in and out of the operating room in about 1 hour . Stint in place , and going home the next day. Feeling great too !!!! They also have state of the art equipment in place. I don't know of your situationals being treated at the VA and only can speak of my experience but could not be happier and more appreciative for the services provided by this institution. I also wrote a letter to the administration calling out the names of the staff in Cardiology in hopes they will receive maybe a little recognition for knowing they were appreciated and knowing their services were awesome.Thank you VA , you were there for me when I needed you most !!!!
