Went to the dealership to buy a almost new Audi and to pay cash for it. The dealer missed to mention, that several standard items on this car were missing / trunk/cargo cover, 2nd key, parts of the car manual/Service record. When I discovered the missing items I had to go all the way to the manager to resolve the issue and iiitially the only thing that was offered was to return the car and void the sale.
Prior to the sale I asked several times to have issue s disclosed to me, which was not done, deliberately I have to assume.

A preowned car sale is as much a trust based transaction as any other and I had good transactions before from other dealerships.

This unfortunately was not the case here.
