A shame to sell contracts to elderly people during their absence (for hospitalization) without their consent and without their signature. I have no word to denounce such commercial practices. Moreover, my mom is now at risk of finding herself 85 years old, without electricity and without gas, because of their fault.A HONTE! Even free, I would not want their services! Now I have to spend hours and days to solve these heavy steps ... I'm sick.
