Whats great? The art and the dining room ( its 5 star for location, menu, price, staff and ambience). The stressful entrance hall experience undermined the good of everything else. Queuing for a ticket is to be expected but was unacceptably protracted by inefficiency, resulting in a grumbling bad humoured queue, unhelped by unwelcoming, officious staff when one eventually reached the top. I felt like an object on a conveyer belt, right through, except for the dining hall. The only staff who smiled and looked at me were in the dining room and the man in the wardrobe who returned my coat. Great art in a joyless environment.
